We are a sourdough home bakery in Belchertown, Massachusetts (licensed for cottage and wholesale operations). We’re passionate about creating real, nourishing food and building community. We are committed to using high quality, clean ingredients and freshly ground flours because we believe our community deserves bread and pastries that are free from seed oils, bleached/enriched flours, pesticides, heavy metals, and unnecessary plastics.
