We are a sourdough home bakery operating under cottage food law in Belchertown, Massachusetts. We’re passionate about creating real, nourishing food and building community. We are committed to using high quality, clean ingredients and freshly ground flours because we believe our community deserves bread and pastries that are free from seed oils, enriched flours, pesticides, heavy metals, and unnecessary plastics. We value in person connection and our business is centered around authentic togetherness and service. We’re open every Sunday, 10:00 – sell out (first come, first served) or you can place a pre-order here on our website. Everything we offer is Pay What You Can. We look forward to seeing you soon!

- Honey Oat Midi Artisan: Please note: Our standard artisan size is 900g. Our minis are 450g. This one hits right in the middle at 650g.
- Blueberry Cobbler Brioche Buns: A baked brioche bun loaded with blueberry compote, made with local berries, and topped with a cinnamon-sugar crumble
- Spiced Tuscan Herb Pizza Crusts: Spicy, fluffy, and perfectly sized for 1-2 servings (approx. 8″)
- Pumpernickel Bagels
- Campfire Scone: Chock full of homemade graham crackers and chocolate chunks and filled with gooey marshmallow
- PLEASE NOTE: Everything bagels have been pulled from our menu for July.
Our Standard Offerings
All of our recipes are made with a mixture of organic, unenriched, unbleached all purpose flour and freshly milled organic whole wheat flour (except our cinnamon buns and whole wheat sandwich loaves, which are made with 100% freshly milled whole wheat). We make this choice because 100% whole wheat recipes can be an acquired taste and we believe that “healthy” isn’t all or nothing. To us, making good choices for our bodies means balancing the wholeness of our food with flavor and enjoyment.

Artisan Bread – A crusty loaf of bread made with a blend of locally sourced organic, unenriched, unbleached white flour and freshly ground organic whole wheat flour.
Available in the following varieties: Traditional, Mini Traditional (half-size), Pumpernickel (made with freshly milled organic rye), Salted Rosemary Garlic (half-size)

Sandwich Loaves
Available in the following varieties: Traditional, Cinnamon Swirl, Seeded Rye (made with freshly milled organic rye), Unseeded Rye (made with freshly milled organic rye), Whole Wheat (100% freshly milled wheat)

Baguette: A classic baguette – crusty on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside.

Morning Glory Muffin: Simple, moist, yet elevated with the incorporation of sourdough. *CONTAINS NUTS*
Please note: our muffins are now baked in cast iron (no liners) and are a typical size (not the “jumbo” size you will find at most bakeries).

Whole Wheat Cinnamon Buns: Made with 100% freshly milled wheat, sweetened with local honey and organic Ceylon cinnamon.
