We are a sourdough home bakery operating under cottage food law in Belchertown, Massachusetts. We’re passionate about creating real, nourishing food and building community. We are committed to using high quality, clean ingredients and freshly ground flours because we believe our community deserves bread and pastries that are free from seed oils, enriched flours, pesticides, and unnecessary plastics. We value in person connection over passive online communication and our business is centered around authentic togetherness and service. Sourdough Artisan Loaf: Our standard crusty loaf of bread made with a blend of locally sourced organic, unenriched white flour and freshly ground whole wheat flour.

Morning Glory Muffin: Simple, moist, yet elevated with the incorporation of sourdough.

Everything Bagels: Ever wish you could eat an everything bagel without the seasonings falling all over? Us too. So we started mixing the seasoning into the dough. Game changer! These sourdough bagels are chewy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and super savory.

Sourdough Sandwich Loaf: A soft, fluffy sandwich bread made with our blend of locally sourced organic, unenriched white flour and freshly ground whole wheat flour. Perfect for french toast or…well…sandwiches!

Sourdough Cinnamon Buns: Fluffy, hearty, and sweet. We have never been able to find a cinnamon bun that excludes processed sugars and seed oils. So we created one! No refined sugar, as many local organic ingredients as we can source, and a deep nutty flavor thanks to our using 100% freshly milled whole wheat flour. Please note, we do not frost our cinnamon buns because they become soggy. We do, however, include a delicious recipe for a simple and natural icing.

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Loaf: Our sandwich loaf swirled with chocolate chips. A beautiful balance of practicality and something special. Toast up a slice and top with peanut butter or go all in with some chocolate hazelnut spread and strawberries. Also a great choice for french toast. Yum!

Sourdough Cinnamon Swirl Loaf: Our sandwich loaf with a cinnamon swirl. A great choice for french toast! [IMAGE COMING SOON]

100% Whole Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaf: Our soft sandwich bread made entirely with freshly milled whole wheat flour. This loaf is a bit more dense with a nutty flavor.

Chocolate Chip Yogurt Muffins: These are incredibly moist muffins, with just the right amount of mini chocolate chips.

All of our recipes are made with a mixture of organic, unenriched, unbleached all purpose flour and freshly milled whole wheat flour (except our cinnamon buns and whole wheat sandwich loaves, which are made with 100% freshly milled whole wheat). We make this choice because 100% whole wheat recipes can be an acquired taste and we believe that “healthy” isn’t all or nothing. To us, making good choices for our bodies means balancing the wholeness of our food with flavor and enjoyment.
